The 2012 Optics & Technology Forum was again a huge success. This year, over 70 participants came to VPT’s headquarter in Massachusetts to learn from our outstanding guest speakers and discuss thin-film and vacuum related topics with their peers. Our speakers included Dr. Angus MacLeod from Thin Film Center, Dr. Jue Wang from Corning and JP DeLuca from Pfeiffer Vacuum / Adixen and Dr. Keqi Zhang from VPT. The forum also included a company tour which gave the attendees an opportunity to ask questions and get up close to our equipment. Some of VPT’s preferred vendors showed their latest product innovations during the two day forum. Several new products were shown such as the new VPT Broad Band Optical Monitor System in a live demonstration.
We are very thankful for everyone that came and we are looking forward to the 3rd Technology Forum.
