THE EXPEDITION

The EXPEDITION is a compact, economical, yet flexible system platform ideally suited for small batch production of relatively simple coatings and for the changing needs of research environments.

Typically evacuated with a single cryopump, the system sizes and configurations vary with the needs of the application. The EXPEDITIONs include many features found in the CITATION I series of coaters.

PLC-based control systems typically provide all the automation necessary for typical EXPEDITION tasks, although PCs have been used to provide data logging capabilities, etc.
